Another key note I would like to mention is that the team that Jacobsen put together to complete my outdoor package went above and beyond as well to complete my entire project. Very beautiful manufactured homes... You just need to have land where they can install it in... And if you have an old mobile home they will take it away and will add in your new mobile manufactured home... Great service from the start with Randy who took the time to walk through and answer all are questions, and helped us get the best design for are needs.

I am currently working with Marks other office at Citrus Homes in Brandenton, FL to install a unit for my brother who has just started the process. If I wasn't happy or for sure that the outcome wasn't far greater than the small issues that comes up I would have NEVER allowed him to move forward with this company. My brother actually read the reviews on his own and brought those concerns up to me so this is why I felt I must take the time to give you the opinion of someone else. I hope this helps anyone with questions or concerns you might have. Jacobsen is one of the few Manufactures that will allow you to make almost ANY changes to a model you like to fit your personal needs.

As a Customer Satisfaction Superstar, this company-owned superstore rated outstanding in sales, service and overall customer support for the past year. Largest Model Centerin the United States. All Plant City manufactured homes and modular homes are ground level and are air conditioned; 22 furnished models to view. But Mark and his entire team was always there when I called with questions or concerns.
I have seen and visited several mobile home dealers in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Jacobson Mobile Homes in Florida is, by far, the best built manufactured home. I am quite impressed by the quality of the cabinets and modern bathroom style. Customer service is exceptional and representatives go beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction.
